The most rude people I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to on the phone. Screamed Jumbo at me very forcefully when they answered. This is now like the third time this has happened. I had given it like a year to see if they’ve changed or not and they have not. Will order all Chinese food from Lin’s garden from now on. Btw the conversation ended abruptly with a f*** you!

Please if you want a good service don't go or call this place! I called today at 6:30pm and placed a order, now is 7:40pm and my order is not here, I called and the stuped person just told me I have to wait another hour. Really what a suck service.. never ever again. Super poor service and very irresponsible personal.

Coming from Brooklyn NY (where they have the best Chinese food) this place comes very close, they are very friendly and work with you work what you want. They even cater. They would of gotten 5 stars if the portions were a Lil bigger, especially the rice when you order a lunch special.

Delicious!!!! We had General Tsos chicken. The best i ever had. Egg rolls were grear. I have worked in the restaurant industry for decades. The quality of ingedients shine through. Thank you to thr owners for this delicous food!

Best place to get Chinese in the West York Area. The food here is better than other Chinese restaurants in the area and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Have been getting takeout from here for 15+ years.

My meal was great and the older gentleman who took my order was so pleasant and made sure my request was met very adequately!

Felt rushed during call, missing the first thing I asked for, realized later I was missing missing two other things I ordered. The food was bad enough that we didn’t want to finish or even get the missing food. The people were very kind other than this. Food was watered down, greasy, and we felt sick afterwards.

5:30 places order for delivery. he says it should be about 40 minutes. maybe sightly longer, he says they are busy. we pay over the phone. 6:30..still no food. 7:00..still no food. 7:01..calls to ask where our food is. he disappears and then apologizes for being busy. says it will be here in 15 minutes. 7:35..food finally arrives. the food isnt bad but not worth waiting for 2 hours, and they dont even fill the containers...🙄

Worst Chinese I've ever had.

The food was excellent. The veggie lo-mein was chocked full of veggies, not just all noodles like some places. Service was amazing, the staff here was over the top friendly. I will definitely be stopping here again.

This WILL be my new chinese place! Their general tso chicken is so good! Service was quick food was ready within 15 minutes and prices were reasonable. I'm picky too when it comes to chinese.

It's about what you'd expect from a typical chinese place, neither excells or disappoints. Ordered take out, staff was friendly, quick pickup, order was correct, nothing was notably off tasting or over/under cooked, generous portions. Had better had far worse.

Family oriented great food

When the food was delivered it was nice and hot But it tasted and has made me very sick. WhenI handed the cash to the delivery person he said I hope you have some money for me because we pay for own gas and I told him he can keep the change I gave him but I mean I only really had only enough for the food I didn’t know I had to tip, I’m a college student I don’t have a lot of money and this is only one time a year I order from them and he was rude about I didn’t have more money for him. I think of it as be happy for what you get I could of told him I wanted the change back but I didn't.

I worked nearby and ate here frequently. The food is generously portioned for the price. Well worth it. Fast and very friendly service.

Worst chinese food I've ever had! Egg rolls were soggy from grease and had nothing in them but cabbage. Also ordered a shrimp roll. It was also soggy and was no different than the egg rolls, except for one small piece of shrimp. The beef on a stick was tough and tasted burnt. My wife ordered sweet and sour chicken and the chicken was small cubes surrounded by a large dough balls and the sauce had no flavor. My kung pao shrimp was nothing but peas and carrots and onions with 4 small shrimp. Totally disgusting food!! Never again. I've had better Chinese food at a food court!

This is one of those quote Hidden Gem quote restaurants that you really never would ever go to normally, however, I wanted to try something somewhere different and I stopped here and surprisingly the food is actually really good. The rice tasted fresh the meat seemed moist as well as the staff are friendly.

Ate in the restuarant, not all that clean,food served on paper plates out of take out containers..said it was made fresh...not likely. Pot stickers were gross,gray colored and obviously not fresh, Orange Chicken was fried globs of dough and tough, meal cost over $30,can't recommend unless you like paying for sub par food..4.2 stars..? How is that even possible?

I am requesting a refund. It is Easter. It cost me almost 27 dollars for 2 items. The food is absolutely HORRIBLE. The noodles are so over-cooked and the chicken is squishy, almost water-logged. I have never received Chinese food like this. Do not recommend.

Found this place when I was meeting my insurance agent at his office. Picked up food and then found out that they delivered . Good food, Great service!! Gotta love it!!

I used to love this place, in the last year it has declined to the point I will never order again. The delivery times kept getting longer. Tonight I called at 7pm to place an order, at 9pm I called back to cancel because 2 hrs is just rediculous for any order, they said they were just now making it and it would be ready in 10 minutes, they "had a busy night". I'm sorry to say they will no longer get my business.

This place was quick to make the food. But I tend to agree with the other reviews. For the price the portions are very small. I can go to similar establishments and get more tastier chinese for a cheaper price. My food seemed too soggy. My General Tsos had no crunch to it. It was like it was sitting in a sauce on a sauce pan and not a wok. My fried dumplings were very doughy and had a very small amount of meat in them. I have lived in Middletown, and Erie PA and have had many better places to eat for chinese. My main suggestion is focus on the way you are cooking. You could get away with the price and portioning, if it tasted better.

They just screwed up my order I had DELIVERED! ORDERED $20 WORTH OF FOOD & TIPPED! THEY FORGET MY FOOD AND WANT ME TO GO PICK IT UP!!! NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & RUDE!

Food was ready promptly for carry-out. Ordered the chicken fried rice. Even for a small it was a generous sized portion and tasted delicious. I liked that they didn't go over board with too much sauce. It was fresh with a simple taste. If you would like more flavor I would recommend grabbing some sauce packets with it. Would eat again.

This has always been a favorite place of mine to pick up or sit down at. Food is always good and service is great as well. I recommend this place above all others in York.
